Miss Fanny's Victorian Party House in Wappinger's Falls, NY: This home is definitely haunted.
I am familiar with this residence, as my family's home is near it where we've lived since 1955--my grandfather knew the previous owners back around in the 1960s-1970s and was at the home on several occasions. It was a farm house at the time with many barns since demolished. It was well-known in the area to have been haunted back at that time.
A thought regarding the hauntings--the house back in the 1970s as well as now, is full of antiques including toys. Perhaps the spirits are not attached to the house, but instead one or more of the objects... Has a psychic ever done psychometry using the toys? It may provide insight who the spirits are if they owned one or more of the toys.
Yes I definitely think Smalleys is haunted. Did an investigation there last year and had several personal experiences, evps and one of the investigators got scratched on the back of the neck. I would love to go back to investigate more.
I dont know if doing Hudson River Psychiatric center would be possible depending which one. Theres the old one with no power and is privately owned. Then theres the new one thats state owned but recently closed. But the old one with no power for almost 10 years, noones equipment would last. And is very Dangerous.
